Shirley Morrow, President of ABC's of BMP's, provides construction stormwater training, inspection audits, expert investigations and testimony, and other services relating to construction site stormwater regulations and construction site NPDES permitting to federal agencies, state agencies, municipalities, construction and engineering companies and anyone who has the need for these types of services.

She also served as the Vice President and Director of Technical Content for Stormwater USA, LLC, developing training classes and exams. Stormwater USA is a recognized Level 3 Education Provider through the US Green Building Council.

With over 16 years experience in the erosion and sediment control industry, Shirley has prepared the EPA-approved Stormwater Professional certification class for Wal-Mart, trained thousands of engineers, superintendents, project managers, agency inspectors, and prepared many classes on her own that she teaches around the country. Currently working with the Kansas City Chapter of APWA, she is revising and updating their standards and specifications.
